2.1 Information from Customers (Account Holders)

When you register for and use BIZZYOMETER, we collect:

Account Information:

• Name, email address, phone number

• Company name and address

• Job title and role

• Account credentials (username and encrypted password)

Billing Information:

• Payment card details (processed securely through third-party payment processors)

• Billing address

• Transaction history

Usage Information:

• How you interact with our platform

• Features you use and preferences you set

• Log data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times

• Device information

2.2 End User Data (Monitored Employee Information)

On behalf of our Customers, BIZZYOMETER may collect and process the following types of End User data, depending on Customer configuration:

Customer Responsibility: As the data controller, you (the Customer) determine what End User data is collected through BIZZYOMETER. You are responsible for:
• Informing End Users about data collection
• Obtaining necessary consents where required by law
• Ensuring your monitoring practices comply with employment and privacy laws
• Implementing appropriate privacy notices for your employees

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For Customer Data:

Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to

For End User Data:

BIZZYOMETER acts as a data processor. Our Customers (data controllers) are responsible for establishing the legal basis for processing End User data, which may include:

• Legal obligations of the employer

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We Share Information With:

7.2 End User Data

9. International Data Transfers

BIZZYOMETER is based in New Zealand. If you access our Service from outside [INSERT COUNTRY], your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in New Zealand or other countries where our service providers operate.
